Kizhi is an effective Ayurvedic treatment for osteoarthritis, spondylosis, muscular cramps, obesity, swelling, diabetes, and low back pain. Narangakizhi (Lemon), Ilakkizhi (Herbal leaves) and Podikkizhi (Medical powder), Mutta kizhi (Egg kizhi) are four varieties of kizhi.
